Rough '67 Corvette Coupe Project, #s L79
What a great list of options - Goodwood Green, Saddle interior, tilt-tele Column, side exhaust, L79. Still, I'd rather buy a decent driver for $50k than attempt a midyear that needs a frame....
Neat project for sure, but intimidating as heck for someone like me who has never restored a Corvette. Link to 1967 Corvette L79 auction 194377S122233 |

Green with Saddle is not the best color for '67. This is one of those cars you could get for free and be upside down. I don't see a tank sticker and that's a must with the sidepipes, especially if the frame is going to be replaced.

----Small thing, Tony, but it's not tilt/tele as there is no tilt. What a rust bucket, wow!!! Don't think I have ever seen anyone erase the entire spear in front of the scoop on the hood, weird.....Bill S

Mike Wheatley has/had the twin to this priced in the low $60s IIRC, and his was pretty darn nice with original paint and A/C. I can't see how you'd even get CLOSE to restoring this car for ANYWHERE near $60,000. I agree with Tim....if this car was free it still wouldn't be cheap enough.
