Default Alt Fan Belt Choices - V Belt

What are all you guys running for V-belts these days for deep groove setups? I was running one of those repop belts from Heartbeat and it rolled over using deep groove pulleys. I'd like to find a high quality V-belt w/o the top cogs or undercut cogs. Tried the Dayco Top Cog last year and it didn't work well. Also tried one of the Napa's belts (horrible) and it spun and screamed bloody murder at 4000 rpm.

I need a high quality V belt for a small block that's running a DG crank, water pump and alt w/o air pump or power steering. The one that rolled was 44.5" long and I had a aftermarket top alt bracket in the Nova. If I put the stock top alt bracket on I'm sure it's going to be somewhere in the 43" to 44" length somewhere?

Anyone have a lead or two on a good quality belt and the length for minimal pulleys (Crank / Alt and Water Only) ???

Thanks in advance.
