Default copo block

Has anyone had any dealings with ebay user cjnr107
(Buddy Hill Humboldt Tn) selling restamped copo 427 blocks
on ebay my block is stamped T1231 MN a 1 is the only number i can see stamped by the oil filter any info to help me prove this block is real or restamped or info to help me file a claim with IC3.gov would be greatly appreciated from what Ive been able to find out so far he has been at this for quite awhile Thank You Kevin
