I agree. Sad to do that to such a nice car </div></div>

Just to be clear...my post was a fun poke at Tibor...his LS conversions are incredible and everyone should build their car they want to.

As Dino said &quot;just trying to have a little fun folks&quot;

Have to agree -- as I've said before ... to each his own. (but keep the two-eight-three ... next owner MAY want to reverse the swap) ... TAZ

Whizz, was wondering about the fuel hose your using. I looked at that before deciding to use plastic heard so much about hoses deteriorating after years due to alcohol? in fuel
I bought this kit and tried a couple fittings on the lines and simple ehough and since like OE should be durable

Dorman 800-300 Nylon Fuel Line Repair Kit, 104 Piece under $200 on amazon dont get me wrong that stuff your looking is sexy! I was worried about longevity an old Firebird of mine was having issues with stainless braded leaking and its was pretty old and didnt want to do it twice- thoughts?

Great work as usual I've seen a few of your swaps!

Or in the future maybe the trend will be to put orphan 1960's era drivetrains in modern cars. Can't wait to see the first 2016 Chevy Volt with a 283 powerglide in it.

I believe Ken is using a &quot;lined&quot; hose, that is ethanol compatible. Its what I used on my 59 when I installed the LS1.

No Doubt. Amazing work for sure, I was just hoping to see this sort of beautiful artwork in a basket case instead of a mint car.
