Default Hose insulation covering

Does anybody know where to get the thin wall insulation coverings for p/s hoses on a 1969 Camaro? It's used on a/c hose also but different sizes. Thank you, Joe

Years ago I found some at a heating and cooling wholesaler. I have none left but that would be my first try.
