At the very least it deserves a place in the corner of someone's shop to sleep and dream about the past like a respected old man.

if you bought something from this auction and need it shipped.

i just got off the phone with philadelphia mailroom.

they are making a run today to the auction to pick up a lot of stuff to ship to people.

waiting to hear back how far i'm bent over on shipping cost.

seems reasonable for a piece of history, and the 'rare' chance it can be repaired.

I think the Paypal rules on refunds are different if it is not an ebay auction payment?

Correct...anytime I use PayPal, I put it on my credit card because there is a lot more protection for me. I NEVER have PayPal take money out of my checking account.

I guess the rules don't apply to you. No wonder PayPal fees keep going up. Its because PayPal users who take a chance and end up not making out file a claim and PayPal eats it. Then PayPal passes the overhead to the customers with fee increases.

Good luck trying to find anyone who's going to feel sorry for Paypal. There fees keep going up because they are greedy just like ebay.
