1967 "Win a Camaro" GM promo

I found a few of these envelopes in my shop when I took it over. Never seen these before, some kind of Chevrolet promotional deal when you sold GM replacement parts. forgot I had 'em, and never saw them elsewhere over the years. Anybody else seem them??

Yes I have.And it not as good condition as yours.
Promos were "dated",so nearly all of them were destroyed very soon after.
