I just finished it a month or so ago and have barely put 150 miles on it for break in. Been so busy with work that I haven't had it out in over a month now. It cruises really well and there are no squeaks or rattles other than the pistol grip shifter top which buzzes when you take your thumb off it. I have rattled a couple a gears here and there but haven't opened the butterflies 90 degrees yet. Beyond that, I can easily say it boogies along and is great out of the hole, but with these Wide Oval Radials on the car, there isn't a lot of meat to stick to the pavement. Surprisingly they have stuck really good for a rolling start and I'm sure I've had them on the ragged edge of breaking free even at half throttle stabs.

I changed the alternator around and need to pickup a new fan belt this week. Then it'll get out to have some more miles put on it. I'm sure the burnout video's are forth coming.

I should add by that speed sign, that up here in Canada it's only 60 Kilometers an hour along that road and all my neighbors have horses so I wasn't going to pound it out down the hill through 4 gears or they'd all be pissed off at me. Here's a clip of the car idling after exhaust was completed. M/T style headers with Turbo mufflers.

Thanks for the advice, the comments and the interest expressed in the car. Opinions of value align with what I've been thinking. I now have a decision to make.

I added up some additional receipts that I hadn't counted into the mix and it's a bit higher than I had said, but have already told a couple people who inquired about the car that it would take 52K for me to separate with it. If that happens I'm cool with it, but I'm really thinking I should keep this one as I know I cannot replace it.

Still debating on that one...but leaning towards the latter.

Again, thanks for the vote of confidence with regards to it's value. I was curious what others thought it might be worth and I am glad to hear I wasn't the only one who thought the car had some value in it. Cheers

That would sell fast at $40,000. Test blast would be mandatory though..
