Exactly what happened to my '69 Z when it was restored around 20 years ago. Oh to go back in time and save the damned tag! But just different practices in the hobby back then.

This is a great looking car - all the best to you with the auction

Wow! I like that car.

I already have one blue '69 F body convertible in a garage I bought from Roger. No room at the inn.

Theres a pic with an open element air cleaner which is incorrect and a pic with a closed single snorkel air cleaner in which the snorkel is on the dirvers side which is also incorrect.

The chrome lid looks right on the snorkel ac but the snorkel orientation is not correct.

Maybe this is a 68 air cleaner base??

Top of the dash has been replaced so maybe that is why the tag came off. The vin has been off too.

The car comes with both air cleaners, the snorkel air cleaner is what they used for the restoration. You could be correct on the base being '68.

Bill, heck it may have been a Ford Pinto to start with. I explained what i know about the trim tag which was told to me by the gent that restored the car. Again, this is an outstanding Camaro convertible far above the majority i see out there.

Pretty good money for a small block SS convertible, but looks to be a very nice car. Congrats Ryan. Blue Camaros really seem to do well on BAT.
