Can anyone ID these traction bars?
I picked these up recently at a swap meet. I can't find any markings or numbers on them. They are concentric with each other and the welds are good so if they were home made they were done very well, Any ideas?

Here's a picture of the mounting pads. I started stripping the one bar. Its interesting that two of the four mounting holes are welded shut, mainly because they interfere with the tubing on the underside. Also the bars are at an angle and not parallel to the mounting pad! I have seen this on some Lakewood style traction bars before so that might help explain what application they might fit?
