Default Chevelle power windows?

30 plus years ago one of my friends bought a power window set up for his 1968 Chevelle 2 dr hardtop. He has since sold the car but still has the window set-up. He going to sell the set up but wants to make sure it is what it was said to be. There are numbers on all the arms but I don't know what they all mean. Most of the motors have 1967 dates codes. How can I tell what he has? Thank you, Joe

I needed this same information for a '69 a long time back. I believe I found all the part numbers in the fisher body manual, but I don't have a copy for '68. The rears would be the same, but not the fronts.

I just looked in my Fisher Body 1969 Service Manual and I don't see any part numbers anywhere in there. I'm thinking you'd need a Parts Manual to find part numbers, and I don't have one of those.

Thank you for looking. I don't have any of the Fisher Body book. I looked in the parts book hoping it might be the last 4 number. Not so lucky...Joe

What are the #’s also what results do you get Googling them?
No #’s but here’s a set on eBoy, how do they compare?

They do look like that. I will need to get 2 from him to compare. I always thought the 68 door regulator was different because of the vent window. Both the harness are there. One still had the tag but I couldn't find the number. It looks like the harness goes down the middle or something like that. The tag on the harness is 9963. Thank you, Joe

Default Parts

Aren’t most part numbers listed in the assembly manual?

Paul

Power windows would've been on the Fisher side even though it's an option. Thank you Paul....Joe

Paul, great idea but unfortunately power windows are one of many options that are non-illustrated in the Assembly Manual, hence no part numbers shown
