Angry Yenko Owner
A friend whose father owned a Ford dealership a few miles from Yenko Chevrolet had an interesting story. He said sometime back in the early 70's a guy drove his Chevelle through the dealership showroom smashing several cars inside. He was angry at Yenko for not honoring a service contract.
Anyone else hear this before? |

Re: Angry Yenko Owner
He probably was trying to sway chevy customers over to his Ford dealership, so he made up the whole story.
I could see a guy with a nova doing this but never a chevelle.

Love to hear more of the story if true, any idea of date? Here's the Nov/73 story of a break in and arson also a '69 stolen from the Yenko McMurray location, as posted previously in the old newspapers thread. ~ Pete - - - -
