Default Fall Carlisle

Just wondering if anyone is planning on going. Carlisle seems to have satisfied the state requirements since their Spring meet (in June).

Verne
I want to go and vend but I haven't found a helper yet.

So, anybody thinking of going?
I was there for Corvette Carlisle and in my opinion it might of
been at about 60% as far as vendors
And foot traffic at maybe 40-45%
Did OK and did buy some so, over all I was OK with it.

Personally this COVID thing, as long as you keep your distance,
Pay attention to your surroundings and stay safe,
ware a mask if you are so inclined,I want to be safe and
want you to feel just as safe.
I really don’t think all this will be back to “Normal”
if there is such a thing for many months if not years.
Common Since will get us through this.

Going to make up my mind by this weekend.
It’s about a 12 hour trip and that, and hearing what you all think
might be my deciding factor.
Maybe see you there.
Joe

Was just at Canfield swap meet this past weekend. Good vendor turnout and a lot of foot traffic. I'll go to Carlisle probably on Thursday, but its' only a 3 hour drive for me.

Joe, Being local & having experienced most of the shows over the years, the Fall show has been dropping off in vendor & spectator attendance long before covid came around, even some of the locals do not attend. I would not recommend the 12 hr drive, you would be better off coming in the Spring of 2021.

Yeah it was funny, I went to the Bloomington Gold show
and had a guy who lives an hour away came and met me in parking lot
at my motel to buy parts but wouldn’t come to the show.
He has a couple of corvette he’s restoring and needs parts.
His NCRS Membership number is #400 something
Says he pretty much just buys online
