Default '67 Camaro RS/SS 350/4-sp, Original Paint, Nice

Cool car with nice docs...another Barrett Jackson purchase that someone's looking to unload. The decklid spoiler is a bummer but if that's otherwise original paint as claimed, it does look pretty decent.

Sold last year at the Barrett Jackson Palm Beach auction for $36,300, just as a reference. And WTF does this statement mean? Taken from the auction description, "VIN NOTICE: This Vehicle currently has a VIN that may – depending on the State of registration – require the buyer to have the Vehicle inspected and be subject to a State-issued VIN and/or other requirements of that State"

First time I have ever seen that disclosure on an auction. Anyone know?
