Default C8 corvette question

Does anyone know if the optional roofs on c8 corvettes are any different than the stock painted roof as far as interior space . Likewise if the 3 different available seats make any difference leg room or headroom wise? Im told convert has more interior room with top up but I dont believe it.

Hard top vert does have more headroom. Just looked at them this past weekend and put down a deposit.

Our 2020 coupe has more leg room and headroom compared to our C7 Z06 vert. Picked up March 13 and it’s one heck of a automobile. You will enjoy guaranteed!

The 6ft 5 300 lb guy on you tube claiming he could fit with a racing helmet on should have a fact checker disclaimer like they do on Facebook. LOL I sat in one last week and I looked like the guy trying to get in a tire to roll down the hill

How long did they say for the wait? I asked my dealer and he told me 2 year wait! Is he pulling my leg?

Depends on what kind of allocation your dealer has. If their allocation is small and they already have a number of people ahead of you, yep, could be two years. I submitted with our dealer two whole years before the car was ever offered for sale and ours was build the 3rd week of production (02/20/2020)but our dealer is third largest corvette dealer in the country. You might want to ask what is their allocation and how many customers ahead of you. Some dealers have people lined up for their what they believe their allocation will be for 2021.

The C8 is a jack rabbit to 60 but the C7 Z06 takes over after that. The C8 is one heck of a machine and you will not be disappointed so go for it.......
