Default 69 Camaro Steering Wheel repair

I assume anything can be repaired, but thought I would post these pics of my steering wheel. Is this a DIY thing using a kit from Eastwood, send it out, or buy a replacement? Any recommendations?

I fix steering wheels using automix plastic repair, grind out with a dremel make the recess under the crack a little larger cavity and then there is no way it an come loose.

Find a replacement center molding or repair and use a MOLOTOW pen (Hobby Lobby) to fix the simulated chrome.
