Default 1968 Firebird 400 HO - T400 Loaded - 676 Made - Project

A great project for someone who appreciates a rare muscle car. This is one of 676 400 HO automatic transmission Firebirds made in 1968.

In my opinion it needs a full floor pan, trunk pan, and work on both quarters mainly around the wheel lips. The top, window channels, cowl, dash area and trunk lid are very nice. The doors and fenders are OK. The hood is not good.

The interior is all there and needs the typical restoration.

The engine is not original. It has I believe a 1976 400 engine. It has a Turbo 400 but I have not checked the numbers. I have not tried to start it.

I have the PHS and it documents the production figures and the following options:

400 HO engine
Safe-t-track rear
Remote mirror
Hood tach
Rally gauges
Rally II wheels
Sport steering wheel
Console
Exhaust extensions
Remote control deck lid release
Power steering
Power brakes
Tilt steering wheel
Power windows
Custom air conditioning
Vinyl top
Custom interior

Clear Tennessee title in my name

$6750

Forgot to mention it was originally Primavera Beige with a Black vinyl top and Black Deluxe interior. With those exhaust extensions sticking out below the rear quarters this thing would have been stunning!!
