Default What premium for a rust free body?

Well, I sold my '70 Nova last spring and have been casually looking for a replacement since. I'm leaning towards finding a dry western car and having it shipped East. I by chance ran across one that came from New Mexico that is 230 miles from me. Although I haven't seen it in person the seller has send me numerous pictures and it looks virtually rust free. The problem is that it is completely disassembled and on a rotisserie, and when I say completely torn apart I mean it.

I think the sellers pool of buyers is small due to that fact. What premium does one place on starting with a rust free shell? I was lurking for a nice driver V-8 car with decent paint that may need some patches work and paint as time went on but this is tempting me, too much possibly. Thoughts, opinions? Thanks, Troy
