After a couple of years of hunting for the right car, my son opted to pull the trigger on this 1968 Corvette Convertible, L79 4 speed. Two owner car from Texas, still wearing it's really sunbaked original laquer paint and lots of original components (including the Packard plug wires).
He really wanted a 1970 SS Chevelle, but market forces prevented that from happening. Hard to believe that he could get his hands on a Vette convertible for significantly less than a comparable 1970 SS Chevelle, but he's comfortable with the idea of waiting for 10-15 years to get the right Chevelle. In the meantime, we have a winter to fluff this baby up for next summer. Ought to be fun learning to drive a four speed in this one [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/ ![]() Will share more pics and likely have lots of questions as we get into this one. Blair ![]()
