Default Suspension choices

Does anybody have any real preference on oem rubber suspension vs the polygraphite units? I am about to rebuild the suspension on my car. All the ads say the new poly stuff is the best thing since sliced bread, but I have heard that unless you are planning on doing alot of real hard racing, the oem stuff is better because of ride quality.

I heard the same thing about the ride being a lot stiffer. When I rebuilt mine I went the rubber route and I like it. Most of my driving is to car shows and cruises. A friend of mine put in some poly stuff in his car and he thought that it made the ride rougher. Hopefully this gets you the information you are looking for. Good luck with the rebuild.
