My brother has the Ram Air pans from that car. He could have bought the car many times over, but steered clear of it due to the missing VIN. On one of our trips there we did get to the partial VIN on the rear frame rail. I did not run the PHS. For what it is worth, a cop friend of mine did do a national search to see if that VIN is currently registered, he came back with nothing. I know what the full VIN should be for the car, but I would still steer clear of it.</div></div>
