I'll be installing my first Gardner exhaust within the next few days, and noticed that the hangers appear to be bare steel. What have you guys used or recommend to keep them looking good, or if anything is necessary at all?
Im not a big fan of clearing bare steel, so I was thinking Boeshield. I also have a Sherwin Williams Metal Etch product that is supposed to preserve metal, but I havent tried it out on anything yet. Thanks for any input. dave
