Based on your '67 Nova knowledge, did this car have disc brakes in the front or where power brakes mandatory with discs?
67 Nova's did have factory Disc brakes..looking at your master cylinder, it appears that your

dads Nova had drum brakes. It was a first year option on the 67 Chevy ll so it can be

added. Power brakes were not mandatory but could be had with drum or disc. My 67 SS

has manual factory Disc.

If you look in the lower left of the picture, you will see a "Dimple" that was there for the brake master cylinder when power brakes were added to the list. 67 only

It was not on the trim tag if disc or drums were on the car. Sorry to hear about your dad,

mine had passed in 85 and was into cars as well. Model A's were his passion.

Good luck in your quest in finding his car.
