Default L82 Block Assembly stamp

OPINIONS?
Here are some photos of the deck stamp, the engine doesn't appear to have had the heads off... block and heads have same patina. Car had a cam in the 80's, (original cam and lifters show no damage) it has been driven 2000 miles since.

IT looks like someone took a piece of sand paper to it at some point, it was greasy and I kept trying to get it off with a cloth and my finger nails...
