Valspar Solvent
I found a can of Valspar while cleaning out a garage. I know its used to thin oil based paints and in the old days, as a degreaser. My questions are:
1. Is it toxic to the skin? 2. Are the fumes safe to breathe? 3. Does it evaporate quickly? Thanks for knowledgeable replys Gents.
