I will agree that PTB stamps are usually found behind the fenders/ tulip area. My 67 had them there and on both sides of firewall as well. This is a late 7B car, but want to provide a data point that they were there as well.

The only exterior paint work done was this small quarter size near the battery. Perhaps battery froze or someone jumped the car using the wrong polarity

The pics are not great because its on VHS tape. Yes I need to convert
