Had a very similar one in 1979 (swapped it for a dirt bike) At the time, we thought that somebody combined the Z with a RS nose (not knowing better, and never had seen one before). Originally yellow, it had been painted reddish-orange with a black interior. It had been hit (not badly) from behind, and was a roller that was in the average beat-up condition of the day (it would be a great find today) Something tells me it had power windows also. Sold it to a guy who cut it up to put the body parts on a stock-base Camaro. He told me, even at the time he knew he should have fixed it (not cut it up)....

Black Vinyl top is gone which means it had black stripes from the factory...Joe
