If you are looking to sell it, I would be inclined to at least measure and state for buyers, using micrometers or similar, each lobe height as evidence of no wear. It can then be easily determined the amount of total lift against the spec of .459 intake and .485 exhaust. I did this on my original cam and found it to be within 0.002 of spec, but still went ahead and replaced it with a now discontinued Crane 119051 blueprint cam.
