Call Oregon cam grinding in Vancouver Wa......he'll be glad to help you identify the core as oem if you haven't already. I'd reuse an old cam that specs out far before I'd buy an off the shelf cam. OCG will also regrind your cam to factory specs or whatever you choose for $100. I wouldn't think it's worth more than $50 on the market, but if I was searching I'd probably pay a bit more than that.
