I knew the service was available but I also know another person who tried it on his 77 Z and there were no records. I guess I have better luck than him.

I didn't receive a copy of the invoice rather a typed letter with everything on it. An actual copy of the original invoice would have been nice.

What I find interesting is the email and names you pasted do not match the GM Vintage Vehicle Services info I have. I wonder if 2 different departments are doing this and depending who you contact affects what format you get your info on.

My understanding is that GM subcontracted this service out to Allied Vaughn. Not sure of the particulars of this agreement. I used the service for my son's 81 Z and they provided us with an a copy of an original invoice document.
