Two things:
One, this actually could be a good deal with the BIN of $250K. A little more investigation is in order before pressing that trigger though. Ask the seller what the license plate # is for the car and if the plate conveys. If it is a low, low #, just buy it. Very big status symbol to have a low license plate #. Some Saudis have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for low #s!!  Two, forget what I said above. Did you see his user name?!!!
