Default suffix stamping

I have a block with this stamping.

Can anyone tell me if it's a restamp?

It looks pretty legitimate to me. I usually look to see if the lines of the digits are very fine as in the case here and obviously check for broach marks. Most restamps are very deep and usually mushroom the pad. Just my $.02 Ed
