14015445 casting

Hey guys can anyone help with this casting number. 14015445 but it says HI PER PASS casted on the block.Thats what has me stumped.I know it is a 454 and it seems like it was out of a truck but the casting reads different. It also E29 81 and stamp pad reads CBZ140873. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
