What is the best available prep and paint product for resurrecting original interior parchment front and rear window trim and windlace. Year one, ground up, opg and the parts place don't have the shaker can vinyl base and top coat which I have used in the past with good results. I have 3/4 of both and think it may be enough but only one shot at it. With the interior removed and a new head liner installed, has any one ever masked off and painted the trim in place to avoid the possibility of marring the finish of the soft trim during install?
