It really is a neat place. There are some unusual vehicles off all sorts there. They used to hold the Pate swap meet out there on the land. It was the 3rd biggest in the country. To go thru it right took a solid 2 days and 3 was nice. Now they have moved the swap meet up to Texas Motor Speedway. I went 2 years ago and it just basically sucked. Not like to good old days. They used to pay the Dallas Corvair club to 'stake out' the spaces for the swap meet. That used to be a huge job until we got smart about it and figured out the easy way to do it.
