Well the winning bidder couldn't come up with the cash. The second buyer was a company out of California who makes pulleys and drive systems for older cars.

He &quot;supposedly&quot; was buying the block for a customer overseas and then he stopped calling and answering his phone 2-3 weeks later.

If you can believe that people back out of auctions, then you have never dealt with ebay.
