Call me crazy, but I prefer my cars to be road legal.

You just can't follow the old forumla as closely anymore and be street legal. I sure wish they would offer a no-frills car with the minimum of road legal crash saftey equiment and a mild motor. Possibly a low compression 8 with a decent set of rods for a quick over the counter forced induction kit ala the "crossram in the trunk" legacy.

Fortunatly there are options like the Nickey Cars they help some guys.

I'm sure they will sell plenty of these to racers, and I look forward to seeing what people do with them.
