Sue and I had a great time at the MCACN show in Chicago. We felt like part of the Supercar Registry Family. Car was well received and hopefully helped to show the beauty of a nicely restored oldsmobile. We were invited to the Detroit Autorama so the car will stay in Michigan until that show. Hope to see many of you again in a few months and meet some more of the members of this group too.

Nice meeting you Lee, and seeing your car. I had to catch a plane before you received your awards, Congrats. Apparently I got Concours Gold, Platinum Buick and Celebrity Choice.

That Buick is a very cool car too. Congrats on your well deserved award.

There was an original family owned '72 Stage 1 4 speed Convert in the VIP car for sale coral. That car is expected, to be included the class of '72 display for MCACN IV.

I think a good portion of all the '70 Stage I, 4 speed converts produced are located within a close radious of Rosemont!

Thanks Lee and Stefano, I saw a 72 in the CC but it was an auto. The survivor '72 Stage vert you recently sold was a neat car. 1 of 1 in that color combo.

Thanks. I think all Stage 1 cars are special. Especially the rag tops and GSXs.

I missed the Auto Stage I in the VIP for sale coral?

However, there was a very original 27,000 orig. mile, 4 speed, blue/white/white one family owned Stage one convertible, documented by the Sloan Museum as one of only 9 non a/c 4 speed rags ever produced in 1972.

I also had a Kliner restored, Blue/white/white Canadian docs and build sheet '72 4 speed a few years back.
