Jeff, I drive by there quite frequently always wondered what it must have been like. It is an old paved circle track. I also liked the White Industries airplane bone yard @ Harry S. Truman Reginal Airport. (Bates City exit) where the Lear Jet 23 is sitting. S/N 003 (I have the data-plate from that airframe)

Theres a auto salvage yard just east of the track on the same some of I-70 that I plan on stopping in on my way back to Kansas on Wed. I thought I saw a old white/gold 442 sitting a bit off the highway there. Pace Car came to mind as soon as i saw it
