What a handful this car was to drive! "Sandblaster" Nova, 427, tunnel ram, 4 speed, jacked WAY up. Everytime this car launched, it bounced all over the place. I remember him making a late night pass at Pennfield and shredding the driveshaft at speed- lots of sparks!

Looking at those ladder bars and based on the vintage I bet they didn't have floater on the axle housing. Boy THAT would make it bounce.....
