Default 68 and 69 rear axle shock plates - new GM - avail

These were on my 1600 mile 69Z, as the previous owner put these on when he removed the slapper bars prior to my purchase.

As you can see - still has the stickers on them - and NO they are not for sale for 20.00 each

Almost NOS - these are for the multi leaf rear springs

- 125 pr plus shipping

To be clear on these shock plates, this is what has been avail from GM at least since very late 80's . The extra length from the standard
shock plate as marlin indicated, is for 70 sway bar. To use these, the end pieces are cut off - straight across. Then they accommodate 68, 69 Camaro, nova etc with multi leaf springs.

Many orig ones, (if you can find a nice set) are very pitted and or bent from over tightening of the bolts, causing them
to bow. Sometimes you can straighten them, but once you start the bending process, then they will have the tendency to bend again.

I can have these cut if anyone would prefer. Ill take them to the maching shop and they will do a very nice clean cut for a very small charge.
