Has the known loose engine Vin been run through NCRS yet and where was that car delivered?
As for the Hinton vehicle, I take it there's been no luck running past plate #'s by State licensing groups also the family's exhausted all efforts searching old files for the missing Vin and/or contacting their old insurance carrier and broker if still around?
