luv the Malibu sans upper chrome.. BTW, I have an NOS Goodyear to match your Nova's billboard rwl... its a G60 14....bought in South side at the Old GOODYEAR Dealer... [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/santa.gif[/img]

[img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/santa.gif[/img] </div></div> Actually, that '70 Chevelle is not a Malibu. It's a cheap base model that my Dad ordered new. The base Chevelle did not have the Malibu chrome. He was broke, so he ordered a car with very few factory options. I still have the window sticker. It was a base V8 car (307) and the only options were PG, PS, AM radio, and rally wheels. Cortez silver on black. Probably one of few cars to have factory ordered rally wheels on a "stripped" base model. LOL That picture was from '71 or '72 after he added white lettered tires, SS wheel opening moldings (from dealer parts dept), and blacked out the grill. Car was ordered through and originally delivered to Crivelli Cheverolet in McKees Rocks back in 1970. |
