Very nice on the motor plate style pilot bushing. I have one like that in my car that I made in the lathe from Oilite after becoming frustrated with the quality of store-bought ones. The extra flange also helps it seat more squarely into the back of the crank and the extra support on the input shaft is always nice too. I actually have an adjustable reamer in my tool box that I keep set to the ID of the pilot bushing to ream them back to size after installation.
