Hubert Platt in the yellow Nally-Nicholson car, could be Arlen Vanke in the Pontiac, the Zintmaster Impala on the far side, unsure about the Plymouth and the Bel Air next to it ... the #739 Impala may be Bill Flynn who ran the Yankee Peddler Mopars later on.

Al Eckstrand in the Dodge, possibly the Impala might be Ronnie Sox but I can't be sure of that unless I see a higher resolution (300dpi) scan. The Biscayne launching on the right looks like, but not 100% sure, Butch Leal.

I see from a previous photo that the dark Impala is The Bader Chevrolet car, not Ronnie Sox. Bader Chevrolet ran a Z-11 Chevy in '63 as I recall ... and a Z-11 powered Chevelle after that.
