I have used 4 chains (or 2 long ones) In a criss cross pattern attatched to the rear seat belt mounts and there are two holes suitable for lifting by the kick panel area. put the engine hoist in the middle and lift. the car will be a tad back heavy but with a buddy or two they can lift and guide the chassis out of the way. I'd hate to see the body sway on you and make those firewall brackets distort anything.
