You have adjustment slots for the radiator flange. Do none of those work for you? Shroud not much you can do without welding or fabbing up a clip to secure the lower shroud. I would probably bend up a 18 or so gauge steel and use the lower bolt holes and make a tab so the shroud can slide into it.
FWIW Im running a Be Cool rad and elec fan on the blue car and it bolts up just fine. Ill get pics if you need them on which slots I used. |

I hear you on fabbing a bracket for the lower shroud. I'll come up with something. I just was seeing what other guys were doing so I didn't have to reinvent the wheel if I saw something I liked. No worries.
