I have not heard of any COPO9737 TH400 Camaros in 68 and don't think there were any 140 speeds on the SS396 325hp TH400 cars that I heard of
The 1968 427 Camaro TH400 in the ad does not list the 140 speedo also have seen ads with 800 Holley for the 69 Yenko Camaro the cfm rating can be calculated in different ways with different numbers but most call them 780s the 67 and early 68 L88 Corvette used a vac sec Holley that many call a 855cfm
