"Is that a fair price"...Not that knowledgeable but have seen these go for 80-90k restored or more. Most are automatics. I'm sure it will be saved. Very cool car.

I'd get her fixed up and drive it. Do we need another cookie cutter car? Sure the GSx is much rarer than my '69 Z28, but we're in about additional condition.

Too much money for that car. If you do the math, you would be in waaay too deep when the restoration was completed.
