hum...I thought all 70-71 challengers had to lose the rear exhaust out the rear valance for use in California, and had to run drop downs right behind the panel. I have seen 2 hemi cuda's that way for 70, maybe its just a hemi rule.

It may have been due to the Cuda's cutouts being up, in the valance? The Challenger's tips were technically below the valance.
